Construction Office Manager

Are you an organized, adaptable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? As an Office Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while supporting project teams and creating a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do:

Office Management -

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, efficient, and well-stocked workspace
  • Act as the primary point of contact for calls, emails, visitors, vendors, and deliveries
  • Manage supplies, office equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed

Administrative Support -

  • Support project teams with scheduling, documentation, and tracking job progress
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate internal communications, travel arrangements, and meetings

Job & File Management -

  • Enter job data into our project management system
  • Create and update job files throughout each project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure seamless communication

HR & Finance Assistance -

  • Support recruiting activities and assist with onboarding/offboarding
  • Help manage billing, invoicing, and office expense tracking in coordination with accounting

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Organize internal events, trainings, and company meetings
  • Manage logistics including venues, catering, equipment, and registration

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience (construction preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and job management tools
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and a team player

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
